About David and Travis
David Winn is a father of three and has been in the real estate business for 25 years. He grew up in Plainfield, NJ and graduated college from the University of Miami, FL where he majored in Drama and Business. Before getting into real estate, David was a +2 college golfer, teammate and still friend of PGA Senior Tour standout Bruce Fleisher. David then moved to California after being offered a roll as an actor on Young and the Restless. After a few years of Young and the Restless, many other television appearances, and three young children, David desided to free up some time and get into real estate. Since getting into real estate 25 years ago hundreds of home sales later, there probably isn't a situation that David has not experienced and overcome.
Travis Winn got his real estate license right out of high school while attending college and playing quarterback at College of the Canyons. After earning the Western State Conference Player of the Year award, Travis became the quarterback coach for two years while finishing his Business Marketing degree at Cal State University Northridge. While still working in the family real estate business, Travis also went to work for a probate attorney, where he really learned the probate process, along with the sensitivity when it comes to dealing with the Administrators/Executors/Heirs of the probate estate. You may have also seen Travis on a recent episode of the hit television show HOUSE HUNTERS on HGTV.
